Simply log in to your account, head to Shop & Reward > Redeem & Shop, select your preferred items and check out. Your packaging materials will be delivered within approximately 7–10 days, and your redemption is valid for 3 months. It's that easy to stock up and keep your shipments moving!

What are some types of packaging materials?
You can use these packaging materials to pack your parcels successfully. You can get these materials from our EasyParcel Shop or you can get them from your account. Go to "Shop" and click "Buy". There are 6 options available to choose from.
*The number of free pouches/ thermal roll/ honeycomb wrapping paper/ fragile tape inflatable air column bubble wrap that you can get for each package is effective from 1st August 2022.
How are packaging materials delivered?
EasyParcel will deliver your redeemed packaging materials right to your doorstep within 7 - 10 working days after redemption made. Simply make sure to redeem within 90 days after you topped up!
Check out the quantity of redeemable packaging material based on your top-up packages.
*A small delivery fee applies when redeeming your free packaging materials. The fee will be based on the delivery rate at the time of redemption.
How to get free packaging materials?
Follow the steps below to claim:-
Step 1: Click on 'Store' and select 'Redeem (Packaging Materials)'.
Step 2: Select your favorite packaging material, fill in your delivery address and click 'Request'.
Note:
i. When redeeming, users are able to choose their preferred payment of delivery fee which is via EasyParcel credits or EasyParcel Reward points. Select it in the pop-up after a request has been made.
ii. Each redemption is performed individually as per user top up, and is not applicable for combine payment.
What does each status mean in redeeming packaging materials?
There are three statuses in total:
- Unclaimed: Free packaging material is pending a request. Please note that it will only be available for requests within 3 months from your top up date.
- Requested: The request has been received, and we will process your order soon.
- Shipment arranged: The request has been processed, and flyers will be delivered to you soon. Click on the 'Track Request' button to track your delivery status.
How to change packaging materials or delivery address?
You are able to change the type of packaging material or the delivery address after submitting a request, as long as the the status displayed in the 'Redeem' page has the 'X Cancel' button.
Note: The delivery fee of EasyParcel credit or EasyParcel Reward Points will be refunded to the user's account upon cancellation.
