By topping up, users unlock discounted, lower shipping rates compared to pay-as-you-go options. Credits are valid for 1 year from the latest top-up date and can be used for various courier services.
Simply top up your EasyParcel account with credit to book deliveries as you go. Every top-up package comes with different attractive rates and benefits. To enjoy the attractive rate, you must first have an account with us. Fret not, creating an account is free.
EasyParcel credit has a validity of 1 year from your latest top-up date. You can further extend the validity of all your credit balance for 1 year from your most recent top-up date by topping up any package. For example, you made a RM2000 top-up on Jan 1 that unlocks a promotional rate for 6 months. If you have remaining credit after June 30, your account will switch back to the normal rate. A new top-up will reactivate all remaining credit to the new VIP rate.
How to check your credits validity?
Follow the steps below to check your account validity:
Step 1: Click the arrow-down icon beside your profile picture.
Step 2: Mouse over the green label located right under your profile name.
