What are the required documents to file a claim?
To file an insurance / protection claim, you must submit a few important documents for the EasyParcel team and courier to launch a proper investigation. The documents required are:
- Item invoice (proof of item value)
- Photo(s) of the parcel content
- Photo(s) of the parcel packaging (outer box, condition, and label)
