Why is my parcel delayed?
Your parcel delivery could be delayed due to a number of reasons. The following are a few reasons:
- High Volume Periods (Peak Season)
- Weather Conditions
- Customs Clearance
- Missed Picked Up
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address

When should I report my delayed parcel?
- When your parcel has exceeded more than 3 working days, and there been no movement.
- If within 15-25 days from the parcel pick up date and there has been no movement.
Note: This only applicable for domestic shipments (Lost in Transit).
How do I report my delayed parcel?
Solution 1 (Recommended)
Step 1: Log in to your account, click on "Manage Parcel" then click "All Parcel".

Step 2: Click on the 3 lines icon and select “Report”.
Step 3: Select “Parcel Delivery - late delivery/delivery issue”.
Step 4: Report submitted.
Step 5: View updates via inquiry board.

Step 2: Click Shipment Enquiry.
Step 3: Select domestic or international.
Step 4: Select Parcel Delivery - late delivery.
