What should I do if my parcels have not been delivered after the given time frame?

Quick Summary

If within 15-25 days from the parcel pick up date and there has been no movement. The parcel is protected by EasyParcel, so you may submit for Lost Claim if the parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier booked.



Why is my parcel delayed?

Your parcel delivery could be delayed due to a number of reasons. The following are a few reasons:

  1. High Volume Periods (Peak Season)
  2. Weather Conditions
  3. Customs Clearance
  4. Missed Picked Up
  5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

When should I report my delayed parcel?

  • When your parcel has exceeded more than 3 working days, and there been no movement.
  • If within 15-25 days from the parcel pick up date and there has been no movement.

Note: This only applicable for domestic shipments (Lost in Transit).


How do I report my delayed parcel?

Solution 1 (Recommended)

Step 1: Log in to your account, click on "Manage Parcel" then click "All Parcel".

Step 2: Click on the 3 lines icon and select “Report”.
