Quick Summary
Cash On Delivery (COD) is a payment method where the buyer pays for goods in cash (or via supported payment methods by the courier) at the time of delivery instead of paying in advance. It helps reduce trust issues for buyers, while sellers receive payment collected by the courier and settled afterward.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method where customers or receivers pay for their orders upon receiving the parcel from the courier.
At EasyParcel, we understand that many customers prefer paying only after they receive their items. Therefore, we provide COD service so sellers can offer this payment option to their buyers.
You may choose to create COD shipments to allow your customers to pay in cash upon delivery.
Note: COD service is only applicable for domestic shipments within West Malaysia. It is not available for shipments to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) or for international deliveries.
