What do I need to verify my account to withdraw the COD settlement amount?

What things are required to verify your account?

To verify your account, please prepare the following:

Tip: Ensure your ID details are clearly visible without glare, blur, or shadows.


How do you verify your account?

Step 1: Go to "Cash On Delivery" and click "COD Settlement". Scan the QR code at the top right using your phone to begin the eKYC process.

Step 2: You will be prompted to log in to your EasyParcel account on your mobile device.

Step 3: Read the reminder shown and click on "Let's Get Started".

Step 4: Tap the screen to start capturing photos of your NRIC (front and back).

Note: Ensure the image is clear, without glare, blur, or cropped edges.

Step 5: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your selfie verification and submit your details.
