What is COD Settlement?
Cash On Delivery (COD) payment is when the buyer makes a payment in cash to the courier at the time of receiving the goods or services. The courier acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller.
In EasyParcel, once the courier collects the COD payment, it will be transferred to EasyParcel. Users can then request the payout from their EasyParcel account. This payout process is known as a COD settlement.
How to withdraw my COD settlement amount?
Ready to withdraw your settlement amount? Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to "COD Settlement" under the "Cash On Delivery" tab.
Note: Make sure to verify your account and update your bank information before withdrawing.
Step 2: Review your settlement amount under the "Total COD Payout Amount Overview" and click the "Withdraw" button when you are ready.
How to know which parcels are ready for settlement?
Scroll to the bottom of the COD Settlement page to view the status of each parcel. The COD Settlement Status shows how far each parcel has progressed.
When the COD amount is ready for withdrawal, the status will change from "Pending" to "To Release". This timeline depends on the selected courier’s policy.
Once the payout is successfully transferred to your bank account, the status will change to "Released".
