How to book COD shipment at EasyParcel?
EasyParcel allows you to check for delivery rates from different courier companies and book for delivery online. You're also able to compare the services offered by each courier company.
Step 1: Go to "Send Parcel", click "Domestic Delivery", fill in the parcel details and hit "Quote & Book".
Step 2: Choose a courier that provide Cash On Delivery (COD) service and click "Book".
Note: You may find out which couriers provide COD service here.
Step 3: Fill in the sender's details, receiver's details, parcel's details, choose date and turn on "Cash On Delivery" for this delivery plus its COD amount.
Note: You may find out the COD charges by each courier service.
Step 4: You can "Add to cart" and proceed with payment as usual.
How do I book multiple COD shipments at EasyParcel?
Step 1: Import your shipment orders using the bulk parcel template or integrations.
Step 2: After importing your shipment orders, you’ll be directed to the ‘My Cart’ page.

Step 3: Select your orders, then proceed to click on the ‘Bulk Edit’ feature and hit Cash On Delivery (COD) from the dropdown.
Step 4: Enable COD and agree to the terms & conditions.
Step 5: Select your preferred COD amount method preferred that’s based on a fixed amount, or based on parcel value.
Step 6: Done! Proceed to checkout as usual.
